Join Sherry as a volunteer grave scout to locate and photograph the
75+ photo requests for Greenwood Cemetery, Sauk Centre, MN.
Saturday, September 13, 2025 ~ 10 am to ? 

Greenwood Cemetery, located just down the road from the Palmer, and is also the resting place of Sinclair Lewis, whom we will make sure to visit before returning to the Palmer! It has over 75 photo requests - some have been waiting since 2018! As volunteers, we will strive to fulfill as many requests as possible from families, genealogists, and researchers from across the country.

This is a free volunteer event — no participation fee, and booking a hotel room is optional. 
Join us in caring for the past. Help us locate and photograph graves so names and stories are never lost. Every photo is an act of remembrance - a way to honor the departed, tend their resting places, and keep their memory alive.

Together, we’ll be caretakers of stone, story, and spirit.

We’ll meet at 10 am at the Palmer for introductions and a summary of the afternoon.

The Palmer House has generously offered a BOGO on hotel rooms!
Rent a room for one night, get the second night free.

Once your ticket purchase is complete, you will receive a password and booking information. I will personally send this information to you in an email within 24 hours of your ticket purchase. Please note that VIP tickets are extremely limited. VIP tickets do not include your room or the services you choose to book. However, you must be a VIP ticket holder to reserve a room at the Palmer House for the weekend. Room availability is on a first come, first serve basis. (In other words, the purchase of your VIP ticket does not guarantee you a room at the hotel.) So get your tickets early if you want to stay on site with all of us and participate in all of the things! 

Important Booking Policies:

• All VIP ticket sales are final and no refunds will be offered, but tickets are transferrable with permission from event organizers.
• The purchase of a VIP ticket does not include your hotel room, nor does it guarantee availability for a room at the Palmer House Hotel. Rooms at the Palmer House are available on a first come first serve basis.
• The ticket price does not include individual services with the energy practitioners.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation in Saturday night's Spirit Investigation to any guest that appears to be visibly intoxicated. In the event you are refused participation, no refunds will be offered.
