Learn more about the previous owners, famous guests, and unregistered residents. Afterwards, your tour guide will take you to our infamous basement. This part of the hotel is closed to the public and can only be accessed during our tours. Once in the basement, we will conduct a mini-investigation to find out who may still be checked in to the hotel after all these years, with ample time to take as many pictures as you’d like!The cost to have this unique Palmer House experience is $50 + tax per person and is non-refundable under any circumstances. Tours will last approximately 2-3 hours. Tours in the basement are with lights out. Not to be scary, but to enhance your senses and reduce distractions. Minimum age limit for tours is 12. Kaity has been lucky enough to perform at Roy Wilkins Auditorium, Surf Ballroom, Broadway and multiple venues in Nashville, several coliseums and arenas around the country. She was a Minneapolis and Chicago finalist for ‘The Voice’. She has also been nominated for ‘Rising Star of the Year’ award for the ISSA awards in Atlanta, and ‘Rock Singer of the Year’ for the Josie Awards in Nashville.
Kaity has been lucky enough to be featured on Jim Peterik’s (Ides of March/Survivor) Album ‘River of Music: Power of Duets’ with other rockstars such as Phil X (Bon Jovi), Jason Scheff (Chicago), and Kevin Cronin (REO Speedwagon). She is humbled to be reviewed as a ‘rising star’ and an ‘undiscovered gem’.
Kaity currently sings with a handful of bands in Minnesota and Nashville including: Shirts & Skins, Anthony Shore’s All Star Band, Dueling Pianos Featuring The Wheel of Shenanigans and private solo work.
Each band has their own genre and focus, but Kaity’s heart lies in 70’s rock; the style her original band ‘Sunflower Fox and the Chicken Leg’ writes in.
