    Spirit Search & Psychic Energy Weekends at the Palmer House

    Join us to learn about energy fields, auras, ghosts, spirits, psychic skills, and investigative equipment. Plus, you’ll experience an actual spirit search and investigation of paranormal activity.


    The historic Palmer House Hotel, Restaurant and Pub is famous for its paranormal activity and is in the National Register of Historic Places.


    $175 event fee, which includes all presentations, training and investigations (DOES NOT include meals, travel, hotel, or optional Thursday night gallery). Get on board early to guarantee you get a space!

    Spirit Search Classes

    All classes and class materials are included in your event fee!

    Intro to the Human Energy Field, Chakras, Aura

    This class will introduce you to your human Chakra System, Energy Bodies and Aura, as it relates to your health and wellness in Body, Mind and Spirit. You will learn about your personal power, energy transference and self-protection that will offer you the knowledge and skills not only for the event’s SPIRIT Search, but for your life in general!

    Intro to Ghost and Spirit Energies

    Do you believe in spirits and the paranormal? This introductory class will familiarize you with the technical difference between a ghost and a spirit, the reasons why we feel energies we cannot necessarily “see”, the concepts of the spirit world and the paranormal and most important: the techniques of self-protection to keep you safe, balanced and in harmony with Spirit.

    Develop Your Psychic Powers

    We all have some psychic gifts and abilities. Uncover your own true potential to develop your sensing and feeling skills and talents. Psychic and spirit development will not only enhance your SPIRIT Search event, but it can actually transform your life. This class is for everyone that has the desire to believe that life is more than a purely physical experience.

Ages 15 – 18 only allowed with parent or legal guardian. No alcohol will be served or permitted during the event, except at the Meet and Greet on Friday night ONLY. This event is for entertainment and education purposes only. We cannot guarantee you will have a paranormal experience but we can guarantee you will be presented with additional knowledge of energy and the spirit world. The event ticket price does not include your individual meals, travel, or other travel expenses. You are responsible for your own transportation to and from the event.

    Psychic Q & A Gallery Registration for  5-16-19 

    This is a Special Palmer House Event for those attending the Spirit Search in May and is a separate registration/payment.

    What is a Psychic Gallery?  This Q & A format is all about connecting to the Angels Guides, Loved Ones, and Higher Self to receive information, love, and support.

    Suzanne will provide a summary of the energies of the current times and what we are challenged with as a collective. Additionally, each attendee will have the chance to ask their individual question(s) and receive their psychic/medium response in front of the group, allowing everyone to learn from each other and from the information that comes through.

    Suzanne is a visionary leader with vast background of psychic skill: spiritual, mental, physical, emotional, oral and telepathic. She is a respected Energy Healing Practitioner that provides several kinds of healing services; personal healings, space healings, spirit work, crossing over work, clearing work and vigil/death and dying work. She has been learning and studying this field for over a dozen years and has been a full time practitioner for six years. Suzanne teaches her own series of energy-based classes, plus Community Education throughout the Twin Cities area and counsel clients on the subjects of energy, healing, personal power, protection and the Higher Self.

    Additionally the core team includes Lisa Eckman and Phoebe Worthley, both of whom have presented and supported this event for several years, and both add their own personal fun-twist to each experience!

    Things That Go Bump, MN & MN Paranormal Energy & Divinity

    Investigators from Things That Go Bump MN, MN Paranormal Energy and Divinity, plus additional peer investigators will be on hand to help enhance your experience as they have each had several unique experiences within the Palmer House themselves and will be sharing these plus assisting in the classes and investigation.

    The Palmer House Hotel’s Café & Pub will still be open to the public during these events.

Historical Tours Available

Please use the event calendar to choose from available tour dates. Follow the instructions and use the “Buy Now” button to make your reservations.
Join us to discover the fascinating history behind the Historic Palmer House Hotel. Learn more about the previous owners, famous guests, and unregistered residents. Afterwards your tour guides will take you to our infamous basement. This part of the hotel is closed to the public and can only be accessed during our tours. Once in the basement, we will conduct a mini investigation to find out who may still be checked in to the hotel after all these years, with ample time to take as many pictures as you’d like!
The cost to have this unique Palmer House experience is $30 per person. Tours will last approximately 2 hours.
All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability before the tour.
We prefer that group sizes remain under 20.
If you have a small group and would like to keep it that way, or would like to schedule a tour outside of our normal availability, contact us to schedule a private tour, you will be allowed to pay the minimum dollar amount, which is $360 (12 @ $30) to have a more private/intimate experience. Private tours are offered at our discretion based on availability of tour guides.
